As a small-batch brand, we reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer and to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Order Acceptance

By placing an order with Wick Journal, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors or pricing inaccuracies.

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. This includes orders placed under the same customer account, the same payment method, or orders using the same billing or shipping address.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within Pakistan only. Estimated dispatch time is 3 to 7 business days, excluding public holidays or unforeseen delays.

Shipping times and costs will be displayed at checkout. Wick Journal is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control. All risk associated with the products passes to you upon our delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns or exchanges only for products that are damaged or defective upon delivery and remain unused.

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Clear evidence of damage or defect, such as photographs or videos, may be required for verification.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, product names, logos, imagery, and other intellectual property displayed on this website are the sole property of Wick Journal. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any content without our prior written permission.
