Eligibility for Refunds or Exchanges
We only accept refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

Requests made after this time window will not be eligible.
Evidence Requirement
To process a refund or exchange request, we require clear photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect. This helps us verify the issue and improve our quality control.
Requests submitted without sufficient evidence may be declined.
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Shipping Responsibility
Wick Journal is not responsible for damage caused after delivery by the courier or for delays beyond our control. All risk transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
